Ms. Sara Murphy serves as a contract Regional Research Coordinator/Administrator for the Defense Hearing Center of Excellence. Ms. Murphy facilitates auditory and vestibular research collaborations in the Pacific Southwest, including grantsmanship activities, protocol development, and study oversight. She oversees a clinical research program at Navy Medical Readiness Training Command San Diego. She has background in psychology; holds a Master’s in Public Health with a focus in health promotion; and has coordinated research examining central nervous system dysfunction, noise-induced hearing loss, TBI, tinnitus, and vestibular disorders.
