Robert Williams, M.S. Eng
Mr. Williams is an engineer for the Department of Defense Hearing Center of Excellence, currently assigned to the US Army Public Health Center. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Alabama in 2006, and a Master of Engineering in Acoustics from the Pennsylvania State University in 2009. Mr. Williams began his career as a research engineer at the US Army Aeromedical Research Laboratory, where he specialized in acoustic measurements and hearing protector testing. Prior to his assignment at APHC, he was assigned to Program Executive Office Soldier, where he acted as a subject matter expert on acoustics and hearing protection to the Tactical Communication and Protective System Program.
