Jennifer Tufts, Ph.D. is a professor of audiology in the Department of Speech, Language, and Hearing Sciences at the University of Connecticut. Previously, she completed postdoctoral clinical and research training at Walter Reed Army Medical Center in Washington DC. She is a past-president of the National Hearing Conservation Association (NHCA) and a winner of NHCA's Outstanding Lecture Award (2014) and Outstanding Poster Award (2010). She is currently serving on the NHCA Scholarship Foundation board of directors. Her research areas include hearing loss prevention and auditory fitness for duty in diverse populations.
